So Careful

I want to be careful before the Lord, in what I say and what I do. I know I am going through a hard time, but I don't think it's and excuse to get away with feeling or saying any old thing I want too. Life will go on, without my seet Damon. My life has been forever changed by that one moment in time. One moment and everything is different. I guess the song homesick just keeps playing through my mind...
Today will be one week since he met the Lord face to face. Only God knows my pain, and only God knows the victory this will hold for me. He sees the end from the beginning. I love you Damon.

It Won’t Rain Always
Someone said that in each life
Some rain is bound to fall
Each one sheds his share of tears
And trouble troubles us all
But the hurt can’t hurt forever
And the tears will surely dry

And it won’t rain always
The clouds will soon be gone
The sun that they’ve been hiding
Has been there along
And it won’t rain always
God’s promises are true
The sun’s gonna shine in God’s own good time
And He will see you through

The sun’s gonna shine in God’s own good time
And He will see you through

Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Hey.. AND it's okay to fuss.. talk to God like he is a friend. Tell him what you think or feel. You can't and don't have to hide anything. Danny was so mad at God the other day that he was ready to curse him and die. God showed him though! LOL! Have you read that post??

Anyway... God can take it... tell him everything... he will help you. You can be mad. You can be angry. Just make sure you sin not. God is MORE understanding than any of us on this subject! We don't understand just like you. We would be mad (if being mad hasn't hit yet it will) and upset just like you. God knows. It's okay. Tell him. He will help.

God does see the end from the beginning. When I read that it made me think of a song. I posted it on my blog.

I'll blog more later.

Kasey,
Though I don't know you personally, I have kept up with your blog every day since I heard the news and my heart and prayers are with you. I knew Damon from MHJS. I know that was a long time ago, but when he sent me a friend request on Myspace, I had to smile. He was always such a genuine person and he emailed "do you remember me". My response was "Of course I do". During the "what have you been up to" email, he told me how wonderful you are and how happy he was. Always hold that. I can't imagine the pain you feel, but I am always there for a prayer, an ear, or just to have someone to tell you a funny joke:) Send me an email anytime at tjbklb@bellsouth.net or through Myspace at myspace.com/kristiegreerbratcher
