Diet Coke?

There is something in it that makes me feel SICK. Regular coke I am fine...but diet makes me feel nauseous and shakey. Aspartame maybe??

DEFINITELY aspartame or whatever artificial sweetener they use. I have had problems with that from time to time. If you wanna go for diet try something that uses Splenda.

It's gotta be...when I get paid I am going grocery shopping. I will look into some splenda sweetened stuff then. IF I remember...:) hopefully I will.

Oooh, I looked on the Coke website and they make a diet coke with splenda. Weird to have both kinds though.

yeah... i was going to suggest diet coke with splenda. diet rite isn't too bad either. it's also made with splenda. diet rite is on sale here at walmart for .75. might be the same up there.

I've drank Coke Zero and Diet Coke Plus. One of those have splenda I think...

Yeah,I have heard that the aspartame is really not good for anyones body.I drink or have gotten myself used to drinking diet dr.pepper and I feel like crap alot.My legs hurt alot and I heard it is from the aspartame,It is not good and I am going to try and get myself off of them all together.

I'm going to try to get off diet pop also I'm addicted to diet Dr. Pepper. I haven't had alot this week since my little sister told me what she did. There is this lady she works with and the other day she asked Ramona if she drank diet pop and she said that she had been drinking it for about two weeks. This lady then told her that a lady had died and they didn't know why but they linked it to the diet pop. That is scary. I'm just going to try to drink water. I can't stand regular pop.

Probably you already know, but just in case, pop (or soda) actually dehydrates one's body.
Water on the other hand is very necessary as we are made mostly of water.
Water is the only liquid that is absorbed directly from our mouth to our brain. When one is dehydrated, the brain doesn't function as well. So when you can't think like you should, drink water and feel the difference.
Also drinking 8 cups of water a day decreases the chances of many diseases.
Did you know that many times when you think you are hungry, you are really thirsty? Just drink water next time and see.
