I'm Famous!

How do you like the new blog look? In case you don't know what that is in my background, it's a picture I took and made black and white and washed out a little bit of a barrel racer. I have cowboy hats behind my comments area and my past posts area. Cute huh...well at least I think so!

Now to the famous part....guess what we found here at work yesterday? A STOLEN semi truck! The truck had been running since Monday ( or even longer) but our warehousman noticed it around 6am monday morning. Well it was still going yesterday around 2ish. We were afraid someone had died in it and I made my boss go knock. (yes I made my boss go :P ) Well anyway, no one answered and he didn't want to go inside the cab because if someone was dead he didn't want any fingerprints, etc.. of his own in the truck (least that's what I think) well anyway through a series of steps and contacts I FINALLY got a hold of the trucking company. Before I called the trucking company though, I had called police dispatch and had them come out, about the time they got here was when I found out the truck had been stolen over the weekend. Two trucks had been stolen, we had only found one. Well, I had to write my name, my information, all the information I collected, etc. etc. and give to the police. They at first thought it would be no big deal that the truck would be returned and pretty low key investigation. By the time I was leaving the head of detectives what out here, pictures taken, several people on it. My boss says we will probably have to go to court on this. GO KASEY!

This morning I had to take the cats to the vet, the plan was just to take jr for his booster shots. Well, I noticed a LARGE lump on tiggers neck. I checked it out and he has about a golf ball sized abcess on his neck, so off to the vet HE goes! GRRR...they are gonna make me broke!

I made tammys muffins last night, one fell apart cus I think I put to much topping on it. So I ate it :D I will have to make her another one before church tonight :P

Today is pay day, so I need to deposit into my car account, write my grocery list, write the check to kim for the baskets, and pay tithes of course!

Morgan is coming over this weekend. Need ideas on what to do to make it fun!

Update: Vet just called as I was typing...Tigger has a "deep neck wound" that is about 3-4 days old. They are going to have to sedate him to even look at it, then they are going to open it up and clean him out. I will have to treat him at home and keep him on antibiotics. Damon is calling to get a price estimate on how much it's going to cost. GRRR at him. He tells me "well it better not cost to much" like I can do anything about it! Am I not sposed to make my cat better? Damon looks at them as animals, not family. He just doesnt understand
