Introducing my newly painted living room.
I tried to get a picture of the brown with the living room color.
The original color, butternut, is in the insets here. You can see the difference between the butternut and compatible cream.

I really am starting to like it, I didn't know when I first saw it, but with all my stuff back in place I think it looks good.

What a beautiful home you are creating! Everything just looks so nice and warm. Did you do the painting yourself? And, YES, you are DUMB for attempting all of this just days before hosting Thanksgiving! Ha! I'm so glad it's all turned out so well--your guests will love it. :-)

Oh, I like it...with all the different colors in the room, it goes well together..It looks really good!
and, is that the return vent way up there in the one pic? How in the world do you get up there to change the filter? lol

you have decorated your home so nicely. very tasteful and elegant. i LOVE your floor standing lamp. LOVE it. it goes perfectly with that old fashioned upholstered chair. can i please have both? :)
